Cate York was raised in the foothills of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and developed a passion for the outdoors early on, spending her free time roaming the trails and taking advantage of the natural playground just outside her door. She moved north after high school and earned her bachelor’s degree at Metro State University of Denver with a major in sports management and marketing.

While completing her education, Cate met her future husband, a seasonal fishing guide at a remote lodge north of Juneau. She went to work with him at the lodge where she managed hospitality and logistics and fell in love with the majesty of the Alaskan wilderness. In 2017, Cate and her husband decided to plant permanent roots in the Last Frontier.

Cate’s passion for people and developing relationships make her a pleasure to work with, and her attention to detail and commitment to honest, straight-forward communication have guided her path in realty. She brings her strong, family-oriented values to work each day so that everyone she has the pleasure of working with comes away with the confidence that their realtor treated them with dignity, respect, and their best interest in mind.
