My name is Meiler Balog, and I grew up in a military family. As is typical of this lifestyle, we moved frequently, allowing me the fortunate opportunity to live in many incredible places around the world. However, after moving to Fairbanks, Alaska in 2011 and relocating to Anchorage at the beginning of 2024, I have finally found a place that truly feels like home. Alaska is a unique and wonderful place to live, unmatched by any other.

I have always had a passion for real estate, though I never pursued it professionally until now. With my recent career change to real estate, I have rekindled this passion. While it may sound cliché, assisting people with one of the most significant purchases of their lives and helping clients find their perfect home is immensely rewarding.

I love spending as much time outdoors as possible, especially during the summer months in Alaska. I also appreciate the balance of a cozy movie night or getting all those silly indoor house projects we all have during the cold winter nights. There isn't any shortage of those during the Alaskan winter. Some of my hobbies include camping, riding my motorcycle, golfing, kayaking, skiing, and hunting/fishing. Got to fill the freezer!
