There is currently no toilet in the house but there is a designated space for the Alaskan/composting toilet option which includes a 12v fan/vent already installed in the wall to move air outside from the toilet area. There is also a small stall for an Alaskan shower setup. Wired into the well insulated walls are both 12volt wiring and 110 wiring with many outlets for both throughout the house. 15Amp RV inlet-on the exterior as well as a solar wire outlet for connecting solar panels. This house hooks up easily to a generator. Included are 2 golf cart batteries which are easily maintained in summer months by the two small solar panels already installed on the roof.
